We believe advice should be clear, practical and honest. Whether the issue involves damp and mould, energy performance, ventilation, heating, insulation or general property condition, we explain what we find in plain English and set out sensible next steps.

We do not sell damp treatments, ventilation systems, insulation products, heating upgrades or building works. This means our advice remains independent and focused on what is actually needed.

 Noble Assure is led by Louis Noble, with experience across asset surveying, domestic energy assessment, retrofit assessment, housing association property management, contracts management and resident-facing support.

This background gives us a practical understanding of property issues from more than one angle — the building itself, the energy performance, the landlord’s responsibilities and the person living in the home.

 Noble Assure supports landlords, homeowners, agents and property managers with damp and mould assessments, Energy Performance Certificates, energy modelling, property condition reports, remedial works support, and tenant or resident support.
